1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and pj365.lat ("pj365," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the pj365 website, mobile applications, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise using any feature of the pj365 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of pj365 services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

2.1 Age and Residency Requirements

pj365 services are available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of registration;
• Are legal residents of the Republic of the Philippines;
• Are physically located within the Philippines when accessing the Platform or placing bets;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law;
• Are not prohibited from gambling under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and funds confiscated without refund.

2.2 Account Registration

To use pj365 services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile telephone number. You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information during registration and promptly update such information if it changes;
• Maintain only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, and payment method;
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share account access with any third party;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach;
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

Multiple accounts opened by the same individual, whether intentionally or through use of family members' identities, will be closed without notice. Winnings from duplicate accounts may be voided and balances confiscated. We employ sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts through analysis of personal data, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and payment methods.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pj365 operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations aligned with PAGCOR standards and Philippine law. Before processing your first withdrawal, we require verification of your identity through submission of government-issued identification documents such as Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, postal ID, or other acceptable forms of identification, as well as proof of residential address such as utility bills, bank statements, or government correspondence dated within the past three (3) months.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation or information at any time to verify your identity, age, payment methods, source of funds, or compliance with these Terms. Refusal to provide requested documents or provision of fraudulent, altered, or falsified documents will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3. DEPOSITS AND WITHDRAWALS

3.1 Deposits

pj365 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Philippine bank transfer through InstaPay or PesoNet networks, over-the-counter payment at authorized retail locations such as 7-Eleven CLiQQ kiosks, and cryptocurrency USDT via TRC20 network. Minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player status, ranging from PHP 100,000.00 per transaction for standard accounts to PHP 500,000.00 for VIP players.

Deposits are typically credited to your account balance within one (1) to five (5) minutes. If funds are deducted from your payment source but not reflected in your pj365 account within thirty (30) minutes, contact customer support immediately with transaction details including payment reference number, amount, date, and time of transaction.

All deposits are final. Once credited to your account, funds cannot be refunded to your original payment method unless your account is closed due to our decision (not voluntary closure), you are found to be ineligible under these Terms, or applicable law requires refund. Deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal eligibility is established.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your account dashboard for amounts between Five Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 500.00) minimum and Five Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 500,000.00) maximum per transaction. Withdrawals are processed to GCash, Maya, or Philippine bank accounts registered in your legal name matching your verified account identity.

Standard withdrawal processing time is twelve (12) to twenty-four (24) hours after approval, subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawals require identity verification which may take twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours. VIP players receive priority processing with withdrawals completed within six (6) to twelve (12) hours.

We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks, request supplementary documentation, or delay withdrawals if we suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawal requests may be reversed if wagering requirements for bonuses have not been met, if suspicious betting patterns are detected, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe the account has been compromised.

4. BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions displayed at the time of offer acceptance. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds and must satisfy wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable balance.

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds and/or associated winnings before withdrawal eligibility. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with 30x wagering requirement mandates PHP 30,000 total wagers before bonus-related funds become withdrawable. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10-20%, sports betting varies by odds, and some games may be excluded entirely.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and must not be abused. Prohibited bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk bets or hedging strategies, transferring funds between players to circumvent requirements, or any pattern of play determined by us to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

4.2 Bonus Forfeiture

We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonuses, and forfeit associated funds if we determine that bonus terms have been violated, if fraudulent activity is detected, if account verification cannot be completed, or if these Terms have been breached in any manner. Bonuses have expiration dates, typically fourteen (14) to thirty (30) days from issuance. Unused or partially wagered bonuses expire automatically without refund or compensation.

Violation of fair play rules results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds including deposits and winnings, and potential legal action. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: (a) reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the Content; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform; (c) remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights statements; or (d) use the Platform or Content for any commercial purpose without our written authorization.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, PJ365 AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OR LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF PJ365 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your pj365 account during the six (6) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

We are not responsible for losses resulting from: (a) technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or system malfunctions beyond our reasonable control; (b) unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security; (c) errors, bugs, or malfunctions in third-party game software; (d) delays in payment processing caused by your bank, GCash, Maya, or other payment providers; or (e) your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

9. TERMINATION AND ACCOUNT CLOSURE

9.1 Termination by pj365

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account and terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) failure to complete KYC verification; (d) provision of false or misleading information; (e) creation of duplicate accounts; (f) bonus abuse or exploitation; (g) chargebacks or payment disputes; or (h) any conduct we determine, in our sole discretion, to be detrimental to pj365, other players, or the integrity of gaming services.

Upon account closure by pj365 for violation of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. If your account is closed for reasons not involving breach of these Terms, your remaining real money balance (excluding bonuses and associated winnings) will be refunded to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees.

9.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you may withdraw any real money balance subject to completion of wagering requirements for active bonuses. Closed accounts cannot be reopened except in cases of self-exclusion cooling-off periods expiring (minimum 24 hours to maximum permanent exclusion) where reopening may be permitted subject to responsible gaming assessment.

10. GENERAL PROVISIONS

10.1 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of pj365 services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration conducted in Metro Manila under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or through appropriate courts in the Philippines.

10.2 Amendments to Terms

pj365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated through email notification to your registered address and/or prominent notice displayed on the Platform. Continued use of pj3 65 services after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any modification, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and pj365 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
